Orlando is an acclaimed artist, teacher and professor of art in Holoquin, Cuba.  Proud of his heritage and culture, he came to the United States in December of 1993 to follow his dreams of artistic pursuit. Orlando's unique and superior unique achievements have been recognized by the art world during his entire life.  He was most inspired by Peter Paul Rubens, Velasquez and Rembrandt.  He emulates these Grand Masters by combining their techniques to create the light, drama and movement that clearly defines the Baroque style.  Orlando has coined the term "Magical Realism" to describe his painting style.
