In 1986 the Rouse Corporation, the famous architectural and restoration developers, whose major projects included a revamping of the popular Baltimore Inner Harbor tourist area, Faneuil Hall Marketplace in Boston, and the restoration of South Street Seaport in New York City, completed their Corporate headquarters complex in Malvern, PA. This corporation commissioned Victor Valla to create an iconic image that suggested their unique approach to rethinking the old and designing the new. In this painting a visionary Future Man is represented with his stylized head. This incredible original piece is an oil painting on canvas and has a modern maple frame with rounded corners. It measures approximately 29" x 29".
